Registration Information
(1) Registration fee and payment
You will be paying online through GoogleCheckout. You can also pay on-site at the day for the conference(at a slightly higher cost). The Registration fee includes being able to attend every event during the conference, free tshirt, complimentary snacks on friday, breakfast and lunch on Saturday and the banquet dinner on Saturday. Please refer to the following chart for details.

(2) Housing
We have a variety of housing choices! Please refer to the following information.

If you would like to share a room (whether hotel or dorm) with friends, please make sure that all of you designate one another as preferred roommates in the registration form. Be aware, that we will try to room you with at least one roommate you requested. Please note, however, that should you choose to be hosted on dorm, we may or may not be able to facilitate your roommate preferences due to limited space.
